We offer an annual grounds maintenance contract which includes the
following:

        Maintain all lawn areas and remove all clippings from site.
        Maintain all shrub beds in a weed free state using a combination of hand weeding and
        chemicals.
        Maintain all hard landscaped areas (driveways, patios) in a weed and moss free state.
        Prune shrubs and plants at appropriate times of year and remove all debris.
        Supply and fertilise all  lawn areas in spring and summer.
        Supply and spray all lawn areas with a lawn herbicide to prevent weeds.
                                                                     Treat all lawn areas for moss at appropriate time of year.
                                                                     Remove all litter from site at every visit.
                                                                     Remove leaves from site during autumn/winter.                               
                                                                     Supply and spread gritting salt during inclement weather
